Applications: GEMINI (TPU) We have different hardness to suit different usage. It can be used to produce Gear, Slip Wheel, Watch Band, Zipper, Hydraulic Ring, Sport shoe buckle, Sole, Slingshot Wire, Soft Pipe and Medical Instrument etc. It also can be bond with ABS & PC.
Preparation for production --- heat in drier for about 1 to 2 hours, at 80oC to 100oC; Shrinkage: 0.0045 to 0.007mm
